Taha Ali Khan

Associate

Taha Ali Khan is an Associate in the Firm’s Karachi office and a key member of the litigation team. He has developed his practice in commercial, banking, taxation and regulatory matters, and has a background in employment and immigration and asylum law.

He advises on contract risk, claims strategy, and compliance, appears before tribunals and lower courts, and assists in the superior courts. He is valued for his clear, commercially focused advice, meticulous preparation and ability to distil complex issues into practical solutions for clients.

Taha completed his LL.M at the University of the West of England in 2023, alongside the Bar Training Course, in which he achieved four ‘outclasses’ and an overall ‘Very Competent’, reflecting his strong advocacy, research and drafting skills. During his academic career, he was an active participant in a number of prestigious national and international moot-court competitions.

Taha is a member of the Honourable Society of the Lincoln’s Inn and has exposure working at leading sets of chambers in the UK, including 10 King’s Bench Walk, 3 Paper Buildings and Imperium Chambers.

 

Most notably, he has served as an intern at the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the Office of the Advocate General Sindh, where he assisted on high-stakes constitutional matters.
