Adnan Bhaimia has approximately 20 years of experience in M&A matters, asset sales and dispositions, joint ventures and other general corporate and advisory matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Adnan was a Partner at Orr, Dignam & Co where he worked from 2006 to 2022. In addition to his experience with Orr Dignam & Co., Adnan also has approximately 2 years in-house oil and gas legal experience with Eni Pakistan.
