Ali is based at the Firm’s Islamabad office and works on a broad range of matters including general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, public procurement and public private partnerships. His practice also includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and assisting Partners in advising clients on legal and regulatory matters.

Ali holds an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent, where he graduated with Distinction. He also holds an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London and is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
